Parker CPI™ single ferrule compression tube fittings are designed as leak free connections for process, power, and instrumentation applications. These tube fittings utilize a single ferrule for easy make-up and excellent performance in vibration applications. The “spring loaded” effect of the single ferrule creates a constant tension between the fitting body and fitting nut.

CPI™ tube fitting are manufactured from heat code traceable 316 stainless steel. Other materials include 6Mo, Alloy 825, Alloy 625 and Alloy C-276. Straight fittings are machined from cold finished bar stock, while shaped bodies are machined from close grain forgings.

Parker’s A-LOK® two ferrule compression tube fittings are designed to provide reliable leak-free connections for instrumentation, process and control, and analyzer applications that specify a two ferrule system. Manufactured to the highest quality standards, these tube fittings are available in a broad range of sizes, corrosion resistant materials and configurations.

TUBE FITTING, INVERTED TWO FERRULE COMPRESSION – MPI SERIES

Parker MPI™ Fittings are an inverted two ferrule, compression design. They are engineered and manufactured to provide secure, tight, and leak-resistant connections throughout industry, including off-shore oil and gas exploration platforms, research labs, and other facilities that require operating pressures in the range of 6,000 to 15,000 psi.

MPI™ Fittings are ideally suited to handle liquids, gases, or chemicals and can be used on a wide variety of tubing materials including cold drawn – 1/8 hard (unannealed) stainless steel tubing, annealed 2507 seamless tubing or instrument grade thick-walled annealed stainless steel. Every Parker MPI™ Fitting is supplied complete and ready to install.

PIPE FITTINGS, INSTRUMENTATION

Parker’s Pipe Fittings deliver superior performance in pressures up to 10,000 psi. These instrumentation quality pipe fittings were developed to meet both ANSI B31.1 and ANSI B1 specifications for higher pressure and temperature service. These pipe fittings offer the installer the ability to directly connect to tubing with NPT to tube compression fitting connections (for example, male connectors), thus eliminating an extra connection.

Parker Autoclave’s SF Series medium pressure cone and thread fittings are designed for use with 20SM Series medium pressure valves and Parker Autoclave medium pressure tubing. These cone and thread fittings are rated up to 20,000 PSI (1379 BAR). One of the unique features is that these fittings incorporate connections with orifices sized to match the high-flow Parker Autoclave 20SC Series valves.
